before our seniors headed out of practice for Senior Advance, we covered them in prayer.

1. needs to pick up 2nd post threat
2. needs to beat runner to goal side
3. good cover position. should be able to cover/float once the 7 picks up 2nd post threat
4. needs to mark tighter
5. good cover position
6. needs to take a goal side position
7. needs to sprint to the top of the 18 or just inside to deal with threat

This scenario happened just after we scored to go up 1-0. We nearly conceded a goal.
